Wang Jinjun, who was born in Shanxi province in 1963,was elected as a distinguished professor of the Chang Jiang Scholars Program.He received his PhD from Tsinghua University in 1990 and had done postdoctoral research in Beihang University from 1990 to 1991. Now, he is a professor anddoctorate supervisor in Beihang University.  

He has done research in the areas of turbulent control and vehicle aerodynamics. He has taken charge of many national key projects and achieved important products; what’s more,he published more than 150 papers in Progress in Aerospace Science, Journal of Fluid Mechanics, AIAA Journal, Experiments in Fluids and Journal of Turbulence.
